Online purchases may be returned to Tuesday Morning stores, except for those requiring return by mail as indicated on the packing slip with the return address listed.

Return or exchange requests by mail must be made within 45 days from the order date, with the merchandise in its original condition and manufacturer’s packaging. All returns must include the packing receipt indicating the reason for return and an RMA number as provided by Tuesday Morning Customer Service (1-800-457-0099, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday).

Merchandise including all accessories and tags must be securely packed, using the Tuesday Morning box when possible, and the RMA number written near the address label. Return shipments are at the customer’s expense and non-refundable. Customers may use the carrier of their choice, but shipment tracking and insurance against loss are strongly recommended. Tuesday Morning does not accept COD returns.
