Sirius Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, follow the steps provided to return the product within 30 days and allow up to 8 weeks for processing:

1. You will need a Return Authorization (RMA). To obtain a RMA, call 1-800-422-7142 to request it. A RMA number must accompany every return or exchange in order to be processed. Also, the return must occur within 30 days of purchase.

2. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Within your shipment there may be a return label. If you use this label, then the fee shown on the Return slip will be deducted from your refund. This is easy and convenient. Simply write RMA number, affix the label to the outer container, and give it to your mail carrier. You may also opt to return it via your carrier. It is highly recommended that you use a carrier that provides a tracking number since if the shipment is lost and you have no proof of delivery, you will not receive your refund.

3.Before returning your package, please check to be certain all contents are in the carton. If any components are missing, the cost will be deducted from your refund. This includes the receiver and all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, etc. Be sure to remove all old labels if you are using the original container.

4.It is important to note that simply returning the radio does not cancel any subscriptions you may have. You will have to cancel your subscription separately. Keep in mind that some plans are non-refundable so check the terms and conditions before calling for a refund.
