If there is an issue with content, such as a problem with the image, you may contact Shutterfly’s customer service to receive a product credit allowing you to place a new order. If merchandise is found to be defective on arrival or has suffered damage during shipping, your order may be reprinted and shipped again at no additional charge. Shutterfly may ask that you return the part of the order that was defective for inspection if the merchandise has defects or an error was made on their part. The original shipping charges for your order will be refunded if you return the entire order or if there was any error on Shutterfly’s part. Refunds may take up to four weeks to be processed after you send back the items.
