Savers Returns and Refunds

Unfortunately, cash refunds are unable to be provided on any merchandise. However, clothing and accessories, along with small household items may be exchanged in certain situations. The exchange will be granted when the original tags are still intact. Returns can be completed within seven days from the date of purchase. To receive the full dollar amount paid for the item, it must be exchanged on the same day purchased.

An extension of seven days may be granted in the event an item cannot be found to exchange the original purchase with. This is an exception to the rule, and it only can be approved by management. If the item was discounted, the discounted price will be given during the exchange. A refund of the full purchase price will not be granted when the item is on sale. Some items are clearance and marked in the “All Sales Are Final” category, they are:

  • Computer Systems and Accessories
  • Books and Printed Literature
  • Music
  • Videos
  • Jewelry

The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, but from time to time it is understood that an item will need to be substituted. Exchanges can be done without a hassle as long as the following conditions are met.
