REI guarantees the satisfaction of their customers. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased from REI, they will gladly allow you to return it for a full refund or exchange it.

REI takes pride in making everything as convenient as possible for their customers. There are several different options to return/exchange items. If you are sending the item through the mail, please include an invoice or receipt copy or your gift packing list. Can’t find any of these items? That’s okay! You just need to include a letter with your name, contact information, the reason for the return, and how much you paid for the item or items. You can request a refund, an exchange, a repair, or a credit on your bank card. If you choose to mail your item back to us using UPS, send it to the following address:
