Returned items must be free of damage and must not appear to have been worn or used. They must also be in their original packaging for a refund to be issued. Clothing items can only be accepted for refund if the tags have not been removed.

Those who have purchased Reebok products at one of the retailer’s brick-and-mortar stores can take the merchandise back to the store along with the original sales receipt in order to be issued a refund or an exchange. The lowest sales price will be refunded on items not accompanied by an original sales receipt.
