Nutrisystem has a simple return policy. You can return any unopened Nutrisystem item, except frozen foods, for a refund with no questions asked. To obtain a refund, simply call Nutrisystem’s Customer Service department at 1-800-585-5483 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns must be requested within 30 days after receiving the package.

The Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with the package you are returning. You must include the original packing slip that came with the order. If you do not have a packing slip, please write the original order number on a paper enclosed within your package and send the return to:

Refunds may take up to six weeks to be processed. Shipping charges are non refundable. Frozen food items may not be returned for refund. If a frozen food item shipment is refused at the time of delivery, Nutrisystem will apply a $30 fee to your account. Nutrisystem recommends using Insured Parcel Post or UPS to ship your return package. Furthermore, you should keep your package tracking information and/or return shipping receipt until the refund has been successfully applied to your Nutrisystem account.
