Sometimes investing in even the best of gear can go awry. So, should you ever feel the need to make a return on your purchase, with the exception of custom-made orders, simply do so within the first 30 days by following the instructions below.


If you are in need of a new size or different color, perhaps an exchange would be in your best interest. Here, you can replace your item with a piece more suited to you. There can be changes in inventory, so unavailable items may become available and vice-versa; check in anytime for a better option, and then:

  • Place a new order online
  • Then follow the guide to returning your previous item for a refund.

If You Need a Refund

Whatever the purpose, shipping your item back for a refund is absolutely free. Simply follow the available online instructions to receive your money back, including any applicable taxes. While undergoing the refund process, please keep the following points in mind (if a return is being made from Guam, Puerto Rico, other US territories or an APO or FPO address, please make a call or send an email to customer services for more information):

  • 5-10 business days will be required in order to process the refund and credit the money to you.
  • If you paid by check or money order, it may take 2-3 weeks for processing.
  • If you made a purchase with a gift card, the refund will be credited to the original card that you paid from.
  • For items purchased with eGift, a new eGift will be given to you credited with the same amount spent.
  • Items received as a gift can be returned and used as credit toward this site. If not, the funds will be returned to the original source of the purchase.
