LeapFrog Returns and Refunds

Please find details regarding the return and refund policies for LeapFrog below. We encourage you to leave a
comment regarding your experience requesting a return or refund from LeapFrog so others can benefit from what
you learned.

Purchased items may be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase date. The product must not have been used and retain original packaging. Item(s) should be repacked in the original box, if possible, or a similar box. Circle the item being returned on the packing slip and send with the item. Keeping a copy of the packing slip is recommended.

If a packing slip is not available, a printed copy of the order confirmation is acceptable as an alternative.

Bundled items:

All items within a bundle must be returned together. In order to process the the return, any item bundles must include all items from the bundle. Partial returned are not accepeted.

Promotional offers:

During a promotional offer, such as a “buy 1, get 1 free” bundle, the free item must be returned in order to receive a refund. Returning a promotional item without all items from the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the amount refunded.


If the packing slip or order confirmation is not included, or if 90 days have lapsed, a refund is not available and items will be returned.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method or the billing name and address from the original order. Shipping charges are not refundable and CODs are not accepted.

Registered mail, UPS, and FedEx offer proof of delivery options, which is recommended for returns. Note the tracking number when shipping the item for reference.

If the product is experiencing difficulty, DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM. Please contact support for assistance.
