Hollister Returns and Refunds

Customers who wish to return an item purchased online may do so by mailing all items included in the package (merchandise, invoice, and any other forms) to the address below or bringing it to any Hollister Co. location in the United States.

  • All credits should appear on the customer’s billing statement within two weeks of receipt of return by Hollister Co.
  • Items returned to a Hollister Co. location outside of the United States will be refunded in the form of store credit at the item’s current price at that specific location. Statutory rights will not be affected.
  • Customers may use SmartLabel (located at bottom of invoice) for return shipping, for a fee of $7.00, which will be taken out of their refund credit. Please allow 7-10 days for SmartLabel-shipped items to be received by Hollister Co.’s distribution center. Customers will be responsible for any other shipping methods they wish to use.
  • Paypal payments returned in-store will be refunded a store credit.
  • Merchandise must be in the condition where it can be resold.


  • Customers may return items via the mailing address above or to a local Hollister Co. store, noting on invoice, which items they wish to exchange. Shipping costs are not refunded. Any credits will be given at the time, in which the exchange is processed. Additional payments sent for the exchange will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.
  • If the wrong item was sent, merchandise arrived in damaged condition, or merchandise is described differently on the website, customers must call (866) 426-1285 or (614) 219-5385, or send an email to [email protected]

Speed Exchange:

Speed Exchange is a process where the customer can pick their exchange item (within 60 days of original order date) and they will be charged via their original payment method for that particular item. The customer will not be charged for shipping of the exchange item. Credit for item being returned will be given upon receipt of return by Hollister Co. Gift card, reshipped items, and previous speed exchange orders are not eligible for Speed Exchange service. Only one Speed Exchange is allowed per original order.
