Express accepts returns and exchanges on items that were purchased in stores located within the United States and online. Returns and exchanges purchased in Canadian stores are not accepted.

If you have a valid receipt, returns and exchanges will be accepted for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be made for an amount that equals the original price paid. Refunds will be given through the same method of payment used at time of purchase. Returns that are accompanied with a gift receipt will only be made through the form of a merchandise credit.

Without a valid and original receipt, Express can search our database for the original purchase by using the credit card used in the transaction or your phone number. No returns can be processed if the information is not found.

If the original purchase cannot be located in the database, you can exchange the merchandise for an item of equal or greater value. The item being exchanged will be assigned the current sale price when determining its value. If you make an exchange for an item of greater value, you will have to pay the difference. No merchandise credits will be issued.
