Coach Returns and Refunds

Please find details regarding the return and refund policies for Coach below. We encourage you to leave a

Coach Return/Refund/Exchange Policies:

At Coach, making new and returning customers satisfied with their purchases is of utmost importance. Customer service representatives are always eager to help with any questions needed to expedite a Return, Exchange or Refund of merchandise and/or monies to their customers.

Time Allotted:

Purchased merchandise has 60 days from the initial purchase date allowed for returns.

Condition of the Returned/Exchanged Item:

Items must be in the same new, unused and original condition they were sent in.

Returns Via Insured/Traceable Mail Service:

  • Fill out the Return Form included with the original package, and put the Form back inside the package with the returned items.
  • All U.S. returns need to use the Prepaid UPS Return Label that came with the order package. Attach the Prepaid UPS domestic return label to the shipping package, but keep the bottom part of the label that has the tracking number printed on it as a receipt.
  • Take the package to any UPS site: UPS stores, UPS drop boxes, UPS customer centers and/or authorized retail outlets. One can find the closest UPS site at www.ups.com/dropoff. Individuals may also have UPS arrange a pickup at a preferred address.

*Please Note: On refunds, a Return Handling Fee of $7.00 is deducted from the refund amount when a customer uses a Prepaid UPS Return Label. However, standard returned items, including footwear, are not subject to the $7.00 charge. Processing time takes 3-5 business days after arrival of returned items at the Coach Returns department.

Canada, APO/FPO Returns:

Returns to Stores:

Online or retail store purchases may be returned/exchanged to a Coach store with the accompanying online invoice or store-bought receipt. For your convenience, please use the Store Locator found at the official Coach website.

Pay Pal Purchase Returns:

  • Returns using a PayPal account are issued refunds on receipt of the new/unused merchandise to the Jacksonville facility within the first 60 days of the purchase.
  • Presently, we do not exchange merchandise paid through PayPal; however, a credit can be applied towards a new purchased item.
  • Merchandise paid with PayPal, or other 3rd party payment processors, may only be returned in exchange for a Coach Merchandise Card.

Monogramming:

Monogrammed merchandise may not be exchanged/returned unless the monogram is on a removable Coach tag.

Price Adjustments:

Only marked down items can receive price adjustments within 14 days of purchase at a Coach retail store or from Coach.com if accompanied by the original receipt and item.
