CDW Returns and Refunds

The status of any ordered placed on the CDW website can be checked on their website. However, orders cannot be canceled online. If you need to cancel an order, you can contact CDW at 1-800-838-4239.

Shipping is done via different carriers depending on the type of product ordered and the customer’s location. Carriers used include: FedEx, USPS, DHL, UPS, AIT Worldwide Logistics, Veterans Messenger Service, Dynamex and Eagle Global Logistics. Orders can also be picked up in person at the Vernon Hills Business Technology Center in Chicago.

Returns can be made to CDW depending on the policies of the product’s manufacturer. Most products sold come with a 30 day return policy. Defective products can be returned within 15 days and can be repaired, replaced, exchanged or credited at CDW’s discretion. Products that are not defective and returned within 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of at least 15%.

Software or DVDs may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date only if they are unopened. If a DVD of computer software product has been opened, it can only be exchanged for the same product if the media is found to be defective.
