Satisfaction with Beats by Dr. Dre products is guaranteed by Beats Electronics and any purchase may be returned for any reason within 30 days. Returned products must be in new condition with all accessories included, have the original packaging, and have the serial number or barcode legible.

Product Return Steps

  • Obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and return address from Consumer Support
  • Package the product in a sturdy box (include original packaging if possible). If the original packaging is not available, this information must be disclosed to your Consumer Support representative.
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  • Use one of three preferred services for shipping: FedEx, UPS or the United States Postal Service.
  • Obtain a tracking number from your preferred shipper.

Receipt Confirmation

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the product is received and the RMA number verified. Payment will be credited via the same means of original purchase such as credit card, debit card, or any other form.

  • New York City retail location purchases must be returned at the store. Retail stores cannot accept purchases made online at BeatsByDre.com or via telephone.
  • It is highly recommended that insurance be purchased for products.
