If a product happens not to meet your standards, you can return the said product for a refund or exchange. For European items bought at full price, this can only be done before 90 days after the dispatch date. The process is subject to the following conditions.
- Before swimwear or other intimate clothes can be accepted, the hygiene seals need to be intact.
- If you are returning an item, it needs to be in its original condition unless of course you are returning it because it is faulty. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging.
- For furniture, the return period needs to be 30 days after delivery. This however does not affect your customer’s statutory rights.
Returns by mail
Make sure to fill all the necessary details at the back of your dispatch note. This should then be put in a parcel and sent alongside the items. If available, you should also should also attach the dispatch label to the package.
Sending the package through a secure and traceable method and retaining proof that you sent it, is highly advised. Such methods include Royal Mail Signed For.
Returns to store
What you are only required to bring along is the dispatch note or the dispatch email received after package delivery.
The returns can only be processed at the stores of the specific country from which the items were bought and not from different countries or items bought from anthropologie.com. The warehouses are also not equipped to process returns.
Items paid for through PayPal are the only ones qualified for exchange.
Returns from anthropologie.eu or at any of our European stores cannot be processed at our Selfridges concession.
