Items purchased online can be returned to any Ace retail store. If there is no store near your location, you may call Ace Hardware Customer Service at 1-866-290-5334 to obtain information about returning a purchase by mail. Any item must be returned in its original condition, with all associated documents, parts and accessories. Ace Hardware recommends that items be returned in their original packaging. If an item is defective after the 30 day return period, please contact the manufacturer regarding warranty information.
Gas powered outdoor equipment can only be returned if oil or gas was never put into it. Gas powered items that were used may not be returned, even if the fuel has been drained.
